Once you register and/or login, you’ll see the button “Order A Photo Shoot Now”. After clicking on that link, you’ll be taken to the page to book your Media Creation Session.
Schedule a Shoot
Once you enter the property address and the size of the property, our entire list of available services will be available for you to choose from. The price is accurately based on the square footage, so no size adjustments will be necessary unless the property is larger than 3,500 sq. ft. Here you can schedule still photos, video, drone photos and video, 3D Virtual Tours with floorplans, and lots more. Then you’ll be taken to the scheduling section where you can lock in a specific day and time for our content creator(s) to do their work.
Meet With The Content Creator
Our experienced professional will meet you at the property or gain entry via another pre-arranged method (if necessary for interior content creation). Any additional special circumstances or specific desires can be discussed then. If the property is in an acceptable condition for us to create the content (a list of requirements will be emailed to you), all of the media ordered will be produced then.
Schedule A Shoot
By the end of the next business day (in the vast majority of properties) you will receive an email with separate links to all of the content that was created at the property, and to all of the marketing materials as shown above. You will then be able to download the photos, videos, etc. in either branded or unbranded (MLS compliant) format, in a variety of sizes… or custom sized as you’d like them. You will be amazed at all of the marketing materials that are already complete and ready to be used or customized further. The media content will ALWAYS be available to you at the links in that email. No fumbling around later at Dropbox or other online storage sites.
